ideployed provides a platform to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment.

By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We provide:

• Managed application deployments (e.g. JTL-Shop)
• Hosting infrastructure
• Monitoring and logs
• Backup capabilities (depending on plan)

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may NOT:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Run malware, crypto mining, or abuse infrastructure
• Attempt to breach or disrupt other tenants
• Use excessive resources beyond your plan limits

• Each customer runs in isolated environments
• Resource usage is limited per plan
• We may throttle or suspend abusive workloads

• Plans define resource limits (CPU, memory, storage)
• Billing handled via third-party providers
• Failure to pay may result in suspension

• You own your application data
• You are responsible for backups unless explicitly included in your plan
• We are not liable for data loss

• Service is provided "as is"
• No guaranteed uptime unless stated in a separate SLA

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse is detected
• Payment fails

Users may delete their account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect damages
• Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

We may update these Terms at any time.
